These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sheathmade.com (the "Site") and your purchases from SHEATH ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from sheathmade.com. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Products
Every SHEATH Heritage Roll is hand-stitched to order by Glenn Cooper at our workshop in Norwood, Massachusetts. Because each roll is made by hand from natural leather, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
Prices are subject to change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping, delivery times, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property
All content on sheathmade.com — including text, photography, video, graphics, designs, and the SHEATH logo and trademarks — is owned by SHEATH and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with site security, to impersonate any person, to scrape or harvest data, or to attempt to access any restricted areas of the Site.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHEATH and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SHEATH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
