REFUND POLICY
Return Window
You may return your SHEATH Heritage Roll within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible, the roll must be in its original condition (unused, no marks or wear) and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns in the United States. International return shipping is also covered.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. You receive a full refund of the product price.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@sheathmade.com within 30 days of receiving your roll, or use our Contact page
- Include your order number and the reason for return
- We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your roll in the original packaging and drop off at the nearest carrier location
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned roll arrives at our workshop in Norwood, Massachusetts, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 1 to 3 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your roll arrives damaged, defective, or with any quality issue from our workshop, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page. We will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Lifetime Repair Guarantee
Separate from returns, every SHEATH Heritage Roll comes with a lifetime repair guarantee. If your roll is damaged through normal use at any point after the return window, we will repair it free of charge. See our Lifetime Repair page for details.
Exchanges
If you need a different configuration, the fastest way is to return your original roll for a refund and place a new order. We currently make one configuration of the Heritage Roll, but custom orders are available for wholesale clients via our Wholesale page.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders (initials, custom embossing, custom configurations) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
