How quickly will you respond?
We reply to every email within 1 business day. Email hello@sheathmade.com. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
How do I check my order status?
A tracking number is emailed the day your roll ships from Glenn's bench. Track via the link in that email, or reply to our shipping confirmation and we'll look it up for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, Glenn has started cutting the leather and we can't cancel. Email hello@sheathmade.com as soon as you know.
How do I return a roll?
Email hello@sheathmade.com within 30 days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label, free of charge. No restocking fee. Once we receive the roll at the workshop, we refund within 5 to 10 business days.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping. This isn't a return question, it's a fix.
Something failed on my roll. Can Glenn fix it?
Yes. Every Heritage Roll has free lifetime repair. Email hello@sheathmade.com with photos and your order number. We send a prepaid shipping label, Glenn does the work at his bench in Norwood, we ship it home. No time limit.
