SHIPPING POLICY

Production Time

Every SHEATH Heritage Roll is hand-stitched to order by Glenn Cooper at our workshop in Norwood, Massachusetts. We do not hold inventory. Your roll is made for you after you order.

Production time is approximately 14 business days (about 3 weeks) from the date your order is placed.

Once your roll is finished, we ship from our workshop the same business day if completed before 1:00 PM ET, otherwise the next business day.

Shipping Time and Methods

United States (Free Express Shipping)
Transit time: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Carriers: USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on package dimensions.
Tracking and insurance included on every order.

International Shipping
Transit time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide.
Coverage: 27 countries. Tracking and signature confirmation included.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all domestic United States orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Prepaid duties option is available at checkout, which allows you to pay any applicable customs fees in advance to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can track your order at any time using the link in that email or by emailing hello@sheathmade.com.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price unless you choose the prepaid duties option at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement at no charge by emailing hello@sheathmade.com. After 24 hours, production has begun on your made-to-order roll and we are unable to cancel.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
