Volume. Small batch (5-10 rolls) to operational scale (50+). Lead time scales with volume. We'll quote both timeline and price upfront.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No hard minimum. We've done batches as small as five rolls. Smaller orders may have proportionally longer lead times since hide and brass sourcing scales with volume.
What's the lead time for a wholesale order?
Typical wholesale lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on volume and customization complexity. Small batches (5-10 rolls) can sometimes ship in 3-4 weeks. We commit to a timeline in the quote.
Can we customize the leather color?
Within reason. We work primarily with full-grain leather in heritage tones. If you need a specific color or finish for brand consistency, mention it in your inquiry, we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you offer pricing tiers for volume?
Yes. Per-unit pricing scales down with batch size. The quote we send you reflects your specific volume.
Are wholesale rolls covered under the lifetime repair promise?
Yes. Every Heritage Roll, retail or wholesale, comes with the same lifetime repair from Glenn's bench. Same coverage, same process.
Can you emboss a logo, or only text?
Both. Glenn can emboss text, logos, or graphics. For logos, we'll work from a vector file you provide and confirm the embossing plate proof before production.
